SHIPPING POLICY

My workshop is open Monday to Friday.

Everything I send is made to order, I aim to produce existing gifts and prints with a small added personalisation within 2 working days. For completely bespoke designs, my production times can vary depending on the image in hand, but we usually aim to have produced and post a new illustration within 2 weeks. For other graphic design work, get in touch with your time frame and request and I will do my best to produce your design to fit your schedule.

Whether you choose to order a picture with or without a frame, all my items are individually packaged by hand. For my framed designs, I add an extra finishing touch by gift wrapping the frames with a bow, before protecting it in bubble wrap and boxing it up ready for postage. 

We send our packages with free UK delivery via Hermes UK (approx 2-3 days), this service is tracked, signed for (on framed items) and offers 3 delivery attempts. An upgrade to a different service can be provided on request too.


If you are ordering an item for a special occasion, please leave plenty of time as Hermes UK timings are approximate, and postage can take longer especially around Christmas and Bank Holidays.

 


UPGRADE SHIPPING

For UK orders, you can upgrade your postage to Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery Guaranteed and fund the additional costs. This may be suitable for you if you want added security to your parcel or need your gift within a short time frame. If you have a deadline, drop me a message and I'll aim to work with you to produce your order in time. 



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Your package will be posted using Hermes UK unless otherwise requested. I am happy for you to upgrade your shipping to a tracked or signed option if you would prefer, subject to the additional postage fees. Hermes UK International Standard parcel service should take approximately 4 to 8 working days to deliver.

RETURNS POLICY

Although every effort is made in trying to get your parcel to you in perfect condition, sometimes damages do occur. Please let me know as soon as possible after receiving  your item if there are any issues at all. Wherever possible please email me images so that I can investigate further for you and help to arrange a replacement as soon as I can. If you have a deadline or date in which you need your gift for, please make sure you let me know so that I can help work towards this for you.

Personalised prints have been made bespoke to you and your requirements, and are therefore only refundable if damaged or incorrect on my part. I do try to present my designs and prints as accurately as possible, with photos, a full description and dimensions to ensure you know exactly what to expect. Although I try my best to represent my prints realistically, slight variations in the actual goods colours compared to website displays may occur. As all of my items are made individually by hand, small variances may occur in each finished print.

With my art prints and illustrations, I keep all designs on file so if you have made a mistake on your order and need a replacement, I can quickly send a new print for an additional cost. However if I have made the mistake I will send a replacement immediately free of charge. If your item is framed, the hinges on the back can be opened and the new print can be easily popped in.
